Sphera Winery

Doron Rav Hon’s small winery in the Judean Hills is the only one in Israel that only produces white wines. At Gut Hermannsberg we are amazed by the natural freshness and elegance of his dry Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Riesling and Sauvignon Blanc. We hope to learn from him how we can better deal with the problems our warming climate brings and in return help him hone the style of his innovative white wines.
