The alcoholic content gives only a very general idea of how much body a wine has, that is how mouth filling it will be when you drink it. However, it is certainly not the only thing in the wine that affects our perception of the body of a wine.

All of Gut Hermannsberg’s wines feel lighter than they actually are due to their pronounced natural acidity (low pH) and a spritz of natural carbon dioxide. We love this effect!
