Beerenauslese / BA

Gut Hermannsberg is strongly focused on the production of high quality single-vineyard dry Riesling wines and we only harvest and vinify a Beerenauslese / BA if there is a good quantity of grapes affected with Botrytis /noble rot that have shriveled nicely on the vine. These are then selectively harvested, pressed and vinified separately. That last happened in 2015.
