Balance

Balance in wine is all about the interplay of the main flavor components, most importantly alcohol, acidity, fruit, tannin and sweetness (if present). If none of them stands out from the others and the overall impression is harmonious, then the wine is said to be “balanced”.

At Gut Hermannsberg this is one of main goals, along with the most exciting expression of terroir possible. This combination is part of our company DNA.
