Thanks to its nearly ideal combination of ripeness, creamy elegance, lively acidity and delicate oak aromas this high-end dry Pinot Blanc has an appealingly Burgundian personality. With bottle maturation these elements will marry ever more completely, resulting in a seamless harmony. The aromas of dried pear, apple and hazelnut complement this balance beautifully and although this wine is only at the beginning of a long life it is already a very flexible partner for food.
