Our new basic sparkling wine is clearly more fruit-driven than the others, fine sparkling wine enjoyment at a high level.
It makes you want to have a second glass, but has the same combination of slender body and racy acidity as our entire sparkling wine range.
They are balanced by the finely tuned dosage to create the overall impression of an invigorating juiciness. Of course, one could analyze it in more detail, but that is not the point of this sparkling wine. No, when it sparkles in the glass only the moment is the sense!
This cuvée comes from different sites around Bad Kreuznach/Nahe. They are the first grapes that we harvest to obtain core-healthy harvest and elegant structure.
