If you are looking for a light and crisp dry white, then “Just Riesling!” from Gut Hermannsberg could be exactly the right wine for you. Unlike our other dry Rieslings this wine comes from gently sloping vineyards around Bad Kreuznach with less stony soils than our 7 terroirs futher upstream in the Nahe. They give it a very juicy and balanced taste and make possible an alcoholic content of just 11.5%.
