After a short break, we are delighted to finally be able to offer you an exclusive gastronomic experience at our winery again.
In cooperation with Johannes Metzler, we offer you a selected menu every Friday and Saturday evening, which you can order in 4 to 6 courses and which are always perfectly matched to the unique wines of Gut Hermannsberg.
With a gastronomic history that includes stints in renowned Michelin-starred restaurants such as Ente - Wiesbaden, Waldhotel Sonnora - Dreis, Cheval Blanc - Basel and the Ikoyi in London, he not only brings experience and a master chef title, but also a passion for excellent cuisine.
