Wine & Cusine at Gut Hermannsberg
No two things fit together quite as well as culinary and oenological pleasure! Our gastronomic program celebrates this wonderful marriage of the arts.
Saturday and Sunday lunchtime we serve a range of dishes from the small Estate Kitchen Menu, for example our HERMANNS-BURGER of pulled pork in a burger bun with red cabbage salad, sweet potato fries and two dips. Enjoy a glass of our delicious estate wine with them on the terrace or in our vinotheque.
The restaurant is open in the evening on those days under the motto OUR ESTATE CUSINE – a Menu in the Spirit of the Season and offers you a culinary journey around the world. Chef Florian Müller will spoil you with a seasonal 4 course menu, also available as a 3 course meal with a choice of main courses.Then the stunning dry white wines of Gut Hermannsberg stand in the spotlight!
Once a month we stage a Wine Weekend – click here for the program. The highpoint is a five-course menu with accompanying wines from our estate, sometimes including wines from our "Schatzkammer", or rarities cellar.
